How to use your pendrive as a RAM in windows XP and windows 7
Do you want to use your pen drive as ram
Follow these easy steps:-
Step 1: First connect your pen drive to your System [pen drive should be at least 1 GB or if you having 4 GB then its better
Step 2: Allow System what it is supposed to do after connecting pendrive, let system to detect pen drive
Step 3: After your System finished with its detection work, now you have to do some little work
Step 4: Do Right click on the "My Computer" and select the "properties" option
Step 5: Now go to "advanced" and then in "performance" tab, go to "settings"
Step 6: now select "advanced" tab and then select "Change" option of virtual memory as shown in the image below,
Step 7: Select pen drive and click on custom size " Check the value of space available in pendrive "
Step 8: Now Enter the same value in the Initial and the Max columns and then click on set
Now Restart your pc and check the general start up time and also speed of your system
so that you can have a high speed system at low cost..... Enjoy!

For Windows 7 the process is,
1. Plug in your pendrive-> Format with NTFS or FAT32
2. Now go to properties->Select ReadyBoost
3. Check Use this device->Choose maximum space to reserve system speed
4. Click on Apply and OK. Your readyboost PenDrive is ready to use now.
