You Know When We Install window 7 setup Then In Last Windows Ask Us For Language And Time. Based On Your Responses, It Installs A Set Of Wallpapers And Themes By Country. If You Select English As A Language And India As A Time Then You Get Only India's Wallpapers And Themes. If Select Canada Then You Can Get All Themes And Wallpapers Of Canada As Default From Windows.
But I Got One Trick To Get All Those Hidden Wallpapers And Themes
STEP 1 :- Open My Computer And Paste This Address
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT
STEP 2 :- You Can See Country Wise Wallpapers And Themes In Folder
