How to Create your own Windows 8 start up cover?
1. Log in to your Facebook account and click HERE It will open timeline creator application [Click on Make mine, In next page Click on Go To App].
2. Now to time to customize your time line cover, In this field you can change time line cover background [you can change background to 8 different colors] and also you can change tile picture.
3.After the Customization Click on Save my cover, And Click Go to my timeline[ In this page, Application gives instruction about how to upload Windows 8 Cover for Facebook].
